G.E.R.M. Warfare Explained:

DANIEL 10:12 - 11:1

Satan's 'princes', those demons in opposition to God's plan who struggle against His angels, are actually designated by the human kingdoms they manipulate! And they are referred to by God's messengers the same way - sufficient proof that there is an existing and at least temporarily legitimate hierarchy of demonic power over government.

I TIMOTHY 4:1-2

Demons teach - they further their agenda by teaching it to humans. They use education to achieve their ends.

I JOHN 2:18-19

Satan uses the half truth with great facility. Religion is his perfect practice field.

And need I use Scriptural proofs about the way Satan uses the media for his purposes? Turn on the TV in prime time. Surf the Web indiscriminately. Then argue with me.

How should we respond to Law and Liberty?

I CORINTHIANS 7:21-23

GALATIANS 2:21

GALATIANS 5:13-14

No amount of my commentary can construe these passages to mean that we need no law or government; but they do eloquently say that by such institutions no one is saved. Our ultimate goal, and God's, is that no one should perish, but all come to repentance. Our freedom to achieve that end is often abridged by this current world system. Our legitimate responsibility is to maintain our freedom (not trust law to do what grace is assigned) and love our neighbor. But how do we do that?

Personal Responsibility in Evangelism and Repentance

II CORINTHIANS 5:17-20

ROMANS 10:8-14

When the rulers of Israel during the earthly life of Jesus enforced the Law of Moses, they diverged from its spirit and used the letter of the Law, along with many added petty regulations, to oppress the people of Israel and make themselves a privileged class. Is that what we want? Be certain of this: government is certainly not a minister of reconciliation!
